Please read the terms and conditions below before proceeding with your booking. Once your deposit has been paid this becomes Non- Refundable and you are bound to these terms as stated. All dates are not saved until deposits are made and will be open to other brides. A holding deposit of £100 needs to be made via Bacs, this will be debited from your final invoice. On booking you will receive an invoice and receipt.

Your trail will be an opportunity to try out different looks for your wedding day, the trail period is 1.5 hours, any additional time after this is charged by the hour. Prior to your trail I will ask for any photos/moodboards that inspire you. I will also require images for your bridesmaids, including their hair/skin types to ensure I am fully prepared for your trail. At this appointment we will discuss a schedule for a smooth run to your day.

If you have to cancel your booking with us then your deposit is non-refundable, we have a 12 week cancellation period whereby no further fee will be taken. The remainder of your balance is due 30 days before your wedding date, this can be made via Bank Transfer, we do not accept cash on the day. If in the unlikely event we are unable to attend your booking we will provide a full refund and try our up most where possible to find a replacement, but all bookings will remain your responsibility.

When booking a form will be completed, giving us details of your special day, we will work out how many stylists/artists/assistants we need for that booking and has to be marked out of the salon time, any later additions to this needs to be confirmed via email and will be the stylists discretion if this is possible. We have a minimum call out of the Bride plus 3, anything less can be discussed.

If guests are cancelled from the booking then the original quote still stands or I have the right to cancel my services.

If you need to change the date of your wedding then it can be transferred to a different date depending on time in the season, high season charges may apply, if we are unable to attend your new date your deposit is Non-Refundable.

We are fully insured and have public liability insurance. We will ensure all health & safety measures are followed correctly. Any breakages from equipment on the day made by a member of the bridal party will be billed directly to the client. Due to the hot tolls we use we please advise children are not in the area until needed.

As per the booking form upon booking we will have agreed a start time, any delays caused by vendors or the bridal party that result in my services not been completed will not result in any refund.

In the highly unlikely event I am held up due to no fault of my own and cannot complete my services I will refund accordingly.

For the day to run efficiently please ensure all guests have prepared their hair/faces as to the advice they have been given by us.

Any bookings made within a 5 mile radius will be a £10 fee, outside of this will be worked out per mile and extra time we have to be booked out. Any parking expenses are to be made by the client.

Any services booked before an 8am start time extra fees may apply and can be discussed during the booking process, this also applies to Bank holidays/Sundays.

Travel & accommodation costs outside of the UK are to be covered by the client inc flights & accommodation.
